Here at Oroko we pride ourselves on the customer engagement and providing a service that works to your schedule.

We will aim to get form the initial enquiry stage to the final design and schedule phase in a 7 day period.

This would look like
1. Initial Contact Follow Up – Organise Appointment with designer.
2. Site visit and take measurements and provide tailored design.
3. Provide detailed drawing and design of the project.
4. Final review of design to begin scheduling job.

Next point in the process is booking a fit date for the project. We will always try to accommodate our customers to a time that suits their availability.

2 Weeks prior to the fit date our lead installer and designer will again review the drawings and confirm everything with the client and if any adjustments to be done we will complete and reissue final drawings and designs.

The project will now go into production in our own facility where we have expert joiners assembling your installation.

We will give a project timeline for installation and stick to this. Our aim is to always deliver on quality and timelines to ensure our service is unmatched.

Finally, our designer will follow up to check in that the client is satisfied with all aspects of the installation.
